The large, comfortable rooms provided a welcoming atmosphere for our family, and the affordable rates made it a convenient option near Duluth. While the breakfast featured a good variety, including fruit salads, the hot chocolate machine was malfunctioning, resulting in an unpleasant drink. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made it challenging for our party with a leg injury and baby essentials. Overall, a decent stay with helpful staff but could improve in certain areas.

This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. The pool area is enjoyable, though the breakfast selection is somewhat limited. Unfortunately, the noise from traffic can be a bit distracting, and I noticed some minor maintenance issues that could use attention.

The King Room was pretty comfy—definitely not too soft or too hard, just middle of the road. Classy vibe with all the usual hotel stuff, and the bed did the trick for a good night's sleep. The lobby was huge and looks inviting when you walk in. No real complaints, just felt cozy overall!

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is a great spot to chill at after a day visiting Wade Stadium and Duluth Heritage Sports Center. The pool and hot tub area is open late, which was a bonus. Don't miss the gluten-free waffles at breakfast!
The only downside was the early breakfast ending at 9 am, which felt a bit early for our group.

Good place with free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and great breakfast options. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day. The staff were friendly and helped me with an early check-in, which I appreciated. My room was clean and spacious, which made my stay comfortable. However, the breakfast options really need improvement. There were limited choices and it wasn't stocked frequently enough. Also, the lighting in my room was poor. I had trouble reaching the lamps that didn’t work, and the couch alcove felt dark without sufficient light. I tripped over the coffee table while trying to fix that, which ruined my mood a bit. Another downside was the lack of an elevator. dragging luggage up the stairs was quite a hassle.

I stayed here during July for the airshow weekend. The price was reasonable compared to many hotels nearby. The breakfast area was small, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for my needs. It was manageable during my stay even if there wasn't much variety for breakfast. I appreciated the flat-screen TV in the room, which kept me entertained after my long days of exploring.
The hotel showed some signs of aging, and the breakfast options lacked many hot items. The shower pressure was okay, but the toilet seat needed attention.

Family with children Paradise
The indoor pool was a blast, my kids couldn’t get enough of it, and the hot tub? Perfect after a long day. The staff was friendly.
It wasn’t exactly economical but still manageable.

We had an awesome stay with a comfy king-size bed and a fun novelty pancake maker at breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for chilling out after a long drive. The breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but overall we left happy and will recommend it to friends! 😊
